These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your participation in the AdinaSquare project (“Project”) and your use of this website (“Website”). By accessing the Website, submitting a brand, completing payment, or providing any information, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.“We”, “our”, and “us” refer to the operators of AdinaSquare.
“You” refers to any user, participant, submitter, or visitor.


1. Acceptance of Terms and UpdatesBy using this Website or participating in the Project, you agree to these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time for legal, operational, or functional reasons. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a new “Effective Date”.
If changes materially affect your rights, we will notify you via the email provided during submission before the updated Terms take effect.Continued use of the Website after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.


2. Participation in the ProjectAdinaSquare is a collaborative digital art and public online exhibition platform. Participation requires a successful payment and the submission of required information, including your brand name, logo, and description.After payment via Stripe or PayPal, you will be redirected to a Tally form, where you voluntarily provide the details necessary for inclusion. Payment confirmation and submission automation may be handled using Make.com.We are not responsible for outages, downtime, or technical failures of PayPal, Stripe, Make.com, Tally, or any third-party services.


3. Publication and VisibilityYour submission will become part of a public online exhibition for a minimum of 365 days, counted from the Project’s official public launch date.The Project may continue for a longer period, up to and until:

  • total website visitors reach 1,000,000, or

  • we decide to extend the Project at our discretion.

If the Project is discontinued early for reasons within our control, we will notify participants via email, unless circumstances make this impossible (e.g., platform shutdown, security incidents).


4. Your Submission and Intellectual Property LicenseBy submitting your logo, brand description, or any other material (“Submission”), you represent and warrant that:

  • You own all necessary rights, or you have permission to submit the material.

  • Your material does not infringe the rights of any third party.

  • Your material does not contain illegal, defamatory, hateful, or harmful content.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to:

  • publish

  • display

  • reproduce

  • store

  • archive

  • and publicly showcase your Submission

as part of the Project and its associated displays, including promotional materials related exclusively to the Project.We will not use your Submission for unrelated advertising or commercial campaigns.Published Submissions become part of a public archive and cannot be removed after publication, unless legally required.


5. Withdrawal and Removal RequestsBefore the Project’s public launch, you may request:

  • withdrawal of your Submission

  • changes to your Submission

  • cancellation of participation

Such requests must be made via email at [email protected].
We will make reasonable efforts to assist.
After the public launch, your Submission becomes part of an immutable public archive:
➡️ No deletion, withdrawal, or modification is possible, unless required by law.
We may remove or suspend a Submission at any time if it violates these Terms or legal requirements. In such cases, no refunds or compensation will be issued.


6. Payments and RefundsPayments are handled exclusively via Stripe or PayPal.
We do not store payment card details.
Refund Policy

  • Before publication: refunds may be requested only if we have not begun processing your Submission.

  • After publication: no refunds are possible for any reason.

  • If we are unable to publish your Submission due to technical or operational issues on our side, you will be offered a full refund or the option to resubmit.

Payments are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.


7. Data Usage and PrivacyYour Submission may include personal data such as your name, email address, brand information, and any content you choose to provide.
Some of this information will be displayed publicly, as clearly indicated in the submission form.
Private fields (e.g., email, phone, internal notes) will not be made public unless explicitly stated.Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
By submitting information, you acknowledge that:

  • it may be publicly displayed (where indicated),

  • stored for as long as the Project is active, plus up to one additional year after termination,

  • processed with the help of third-party tools such as Stripe, PayPal, Make.com, and Tally.


8. User ResponsibilitiesYou agree to:

  • provide accurate information,

  • ensure you have rights to your Submission,

  • not attempt to disrupt or misuse the Website,

  • not submit malicious files or harmful code,

  • comply with applicable laws when using the Website.


9. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal actions arising from:

  • your Submission,

  • intellectual property disputes,

  • breach of these Terms,

  • misuse of the Website,

  • or violations of third-party rights.

This provision protects the Project from legal disputes arising from user-provided material.


10. No WarrantyThe Website and Project are provided “as is” and “as available”.
We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted access,

  • error-free operation,

  • long-term website availability,

  • or that the Project will reach publication on a specific date.

We may temporarily or permanently suspend the Website for maintenance, legal, security, or operational reasons.


11. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • We are not responsible for losses arising from third-party service providers.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for participation in the Project.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.


12. Termination and Content RemovalWe may suspend or remove any Submission at our discretion if:

  • it violates these Terms,

  • it poses legal or security risks,

  • we receive a legitimate complaint from a third party,

  • or we determine the content is inappropriate for the Project’s purpose.

No refunds will be issued for removed Submissions.


13. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of:

  • the European Union, and

  • the Republic of Lithuania.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lithuania, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Final ProvisionsIf a part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains fully enforceable.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Project concerning your participation.
