2. Project DescriptionAdinaSquare.com is a collaborative digital art project that allows companies and brands to have their logos displayed as part of a large online artwork.
Each participant pays a small fee to have their logo and information featured publicly within the project.
3. User SubmissionsBy submitting your logo, brand name, description, links, or any other content (“Submission”), you agree to the following:
You confirm you have full legal rights to use and share the logo and any materials you provide.
You grant AdinaSquare.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to publicly display, reproduce, and share your Submission as part of the Project, both on the website and on our official social media accounts or other promotional materials.
You understand that your Submission (except the designated private email field) will be publicly visible.
You may request removal of your Submission, but we are not obligated to do so after publication unless legally required.
We reserve the right to refuse, edit, or remove any Submission that we consider inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.
4. Payments and Refund PolicyPayments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal, using automation provided by Make.com.
We do not directly process or store your credit card or payment information.All payments are non-refundable, except in cases where:
Your Submission is rejected before publication, or
A refund is required by applicable law.
Once your Submission is published, no refunds will be issued.
5. Project Duration and Availability
The AdinaSquare project and website will remain publicly accessible for a minimum of 365 consecutive days after launch.
The project may continue to remain online beyond 365 days, until it reaches 1,000,000 total visitors or at our discretion.
If temporary downtime occurs (e.g., server maintenance, platform issues, or technical interruptions), it does not affect the overall duration commitment.
In the event of extended technical failure, we will make reasonable efforts to restore or replicate the project in its original form.
6. Publicity and PromotionBy participating, you grant AdinaSquare.com permission to:
Display your logo, brand name, and description publicly on the website;
Share screenshots, previews, or images of your Submission on social media or marketing materials to showcase project progress.
We will not use your Submission to directly advertise unrelated products or services.
7. Intellectual PropertyAll original artwork, website design, and project materials on AdinaSquare.com are owned by the project creator.
You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse the artwork or website without written permission.You retain ownership of your own logo and brand assets, but grant us the right to display them publicly as part of the project.
8. Technical Limitations and DisclaimerWe make reasonable efforts to maintain a secure, accessible, and functional website.
However, you acknowledge that:
The site may become temporarily unavailable due to hosting outages, maintenance, cyberattacks, or third-party service failures (Carrd, Tally, Make, PayPal, Stripe).
We are not responsible for any data loss, delays, or disruptions beyond our control.
The service is provided on an “as-is” basis, without any warranties or guarantees of continuous operation.
9. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, AdinaSquare.com and its owner are not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website;
Any losses caused by technical issues, hacking, force majeure events, or third-party platform failures;
Any misrepresentation or incorrect information submitted by users.
Your participation in the project is voluntary and at your own risk.
10. Modifications and Project ChangesWe reserve the right to:
Modify, redesign, or update the Project or website layout at any time;
Adjust the display, positioning, or formatting of logos and information to maintain consistency;
Remove or relocate content for maintenance, compliance, or aesthetic reasons.
Any changes will not alter the fundamental purpose of the service.
11. Force MajeureWe are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, major technical failures, governmental actions, or extended platform outages.
12. Termination or SuspensionWe may suspend or remove content, or temporarily disable parts of the website, if necessary for technical maintenance, security reasons, or legal compliance.
In such cases, users will not be entitled to refunds or compensation.
13. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with European Union and Lithuanian law, unless otherwise required by your local jurisdiction.
